By adding the Bizfon Voice Vault Card to your Bizfon 680 system, you can configure up to 15 Virtual Extensions (ext. 250 - 264) which can be assigned to any employee, and accessed from any phone - any Bizfon extension or remotely from any touch-tone or cellular phone.
Virtual Extensions can be configured to provide a voice mailbox and call routing features the same as a real extension. You can even set up a virtual extension to ring a specific physical extension (201-208) or an external number, to provide true "follow me anywhere" messaging.
The Voice Vault card also provides an additional 4-hours in the Bizfon system for voice mail recordings and greetings as well as 4 more informational messages.
