I absolutely love it. It took me about 4 hours to read through the directions, connect the hardware, run new phone lines (and de-tangle the massive rats nest of wires behind my desk!) and program the phone, but I've already gone way beyond a basic system.
Both incoming lines are working, auto-attendant is answering in two modes (different choices for after normal business hours), fax is picking up appropriately, modem is dialing out as it should, and we are calling "station to station."
We'll see how the customers like it. The two calls we get most often are "what are your hours?" and "How do I get there?" Auto attendant has a "press 1 for shop hours" and a "Press 2 for directions to our factory" option. From any attendant they can reach a live person.
Tomorrow will be a good test. I may have some questions once I get into it some more, but for now, I'm ecstatic with it. We'll be functioning tomorrow just like a real business!
