Guardian System Management Services consist of three major support components for Talkswitch clients:

Talkswitch Customization Service: With the Guardian SMS program, live factory-trained technicians will personally configure and fine-tune your Talkswitch system to your exact specifications.  These technicians will remain with you until your Talkswitch system is 100% fully configured to your needs.

While Talkswitch is a wonderful and very intuitive phone system to use, it still takes an experienced Technician 45 minutes, minimum, to configure Talkswitch for your company’s specific needs. An unassisted person, new to Talkswitch, should be prepared to spend 2 to 4 hours, depending on their individual skills and expertise.

Each Talkswitch system comes with a 150+ page manual, numerous technical guides, white papers, troubleshooting guides, and explanations of terminology – all totaling hundreds of pages of Technical Information.

In addition, the final segment of customizing Talkswitch includes numerous fine tuning adjustments such as: minimum, maximum and transmitted Flash lengths, DTMF detection times, Ringback adjustments, CPC Disconnects and Clear and much more. Your Guardian SMS Technician will review and address all settings.

As your company grows and as your needs change, Guardian SMS will assist you with customizing your Talkswitch system to address your new specifications. This customization service is provided for the life of your Talkswitch system and at no charge.

Client Staff Training Service: Guardian SMS provides you with a live experienced Professional Trainer to assist you in training your staff on the efficient use of your new, feature-rich, Talkswitch phone system.
