Our TalkSwitch System was installed by an outside contractor because we ordered the system directly from the manufacturer, Talkswitch. Because of this, we had numerous problems with configuration that could not be explained until TCE Company entered the picture. We were ready to throw the sytem out the window until TCE Technicians spent the time necessary to ask the right questions that provided the right answers. The system is well worth the investment for a small company as long as you have support and that's where TCE shines!
