These days it's hard to fine a company that has good technical support after the sale. I purchased a "NEW" talkswitch unit from another ebay site.
I called the TCE Company
when I was having problems.
setting up the unit.
The Person at the TCE Company looked up the Serial number of my unit and was able to tell me that it was over two years old. he explained how to do a software upgrade and then sent me the disk I needed for Free !
NOW that is Great Tech support !
My only regret is that I did not purchase the unit from them in the first place.
