About The Telephone: Manufactured by FansTel, the highest quality telephone manufacturer we've found.
This ST-118B is an outstanding rock-solid and feature-rich performer. Here are four of the more popular features:
(1) Large (backlit) LCD Display with large easy-to-read lettering and the display can be tilted to your preferred angle.
(2) Outstanding speakerphone - need we say more?
(3) 99-name and number Personal Phonebook. And with the ST-118B phone, you can quickly capture the Caller ID name and number and copy it straight into your personal phonebook by simply pressing the 'Save' and 'Directory' keys.
(4) A separate Headset on/off button. When used with the Audio Pro OTH headset (designed specifically for use with this family of phone) there is no need to purchase a headset amplifier! A Huge Savings!
To answer or make a call when using the Audio Pro OTH headset (with quick-disconnect cable and noise-canceling microphone), simply press the Headset on/off button, located on the console.
No more fumbling with amplifiers, lifting the receiver, or pressing the speakerphone button, in order to use the headset. Just press the Headset on/off button!
It's a concept which is so simple - but most telephones simply don't offer it.
Note: other headsets, such as the Plantronic M-114 and M-175 series may require an amplifier. For those headsets, we recommend the Audio Pro Universal Amplifier with this telephone
