Recording Manager Permissions – A user with Recording Manager Permission can manage greetings and messages for Auto Attendants and Call Queues by using the Message Center. Users can give permission to be a Recording Manager for individual Auto Attendants and Call Queues.
Message Aliases – The existing Message Aliases administration pages have been redesigned. The new UI splits Message Aliases into User Aliases and Group Aliases. In addition, when adding a User, a message alias for the user can be added on the User Add page
Call Queue Supervisors – Users can be supervisors for individual Call Queues. Call Assistant must be updated to 2.511 or greater for users assigned to individual queues to view queue agent details.
Flexible Dialing Plan – Enhanced external dialing rules allow and then deleting, inserting and/or appending digit strings to those numbers before sending the dial string to any SIP Gateway, SIP proxy, T1/PRI Digital Line, or CO line. This flexible dialing make everyone, including international partners, to program the dialing behavior of the Allworx system to match specific business needs.
Diversion - The Allworx server supports the SIP Diversion header options include:
Always: includes the header in all INVITE requests sent to the SIP proxy
Never: excludes the header from all requests sent to the SIP proxy.
On Redirect: adds header only when the server redirects the request.
P-Asserted Identity - The Allworx server identity with enabled proxies as proxy asserted identity from trusted devices to other trusted devices. This can be enabled.

- The system administrator can define an external dialing rule pattern of 1 to 24 digits, including digits 0-9.
- External dialing rules can be defined from beginning of the dial string before sending the request to a service group.
- External dialing rules can be defined such that 0 to 24 digits are inserted at the beginning of the dial string before sending the request to a service group.
- External dialing rules can be defined such that 0 to 24 digits are appended to the end of the dial string before sending the request to a service group.
- Replaces the existing Area code settings on the Dial translated to the new flexible dialing rule format when firmware is upgraded to 7.6 from an older version. If no settings are available, default rules are automatically created for 11 default rule for 7 digit dialing will use the 11-digit service group when NANPA is enabled.
- Dial plan information can be imported and exported by the server. This includes Internal Dial Plan, Emergency, and External Dialing Rules. To support this, the import and export of Service Groups also been added.
- New “Send digits as dialed” selection for FXO Lines, Digital Lines, and SIP Gateways. “Send digits as dialed” is enabled by default for everything except SIP Proxies to preserve legacy default behavior.

Miscellaneous Improvements
- Individual BLFs and Line Appearances can now be included / excluded for PFK auto assignment.
- SIP Proxy and SIP Gateway lines are now included in the Line Appearance list for PFK auto assignment
- Name of logged-in user is displayed at top-right of the administration pages. This includes a with the options to change their password or PIN or log out.
- Simplified restarting server eliminating pop-ups.
- When adding a user, all settings are displayed.
- Roles page default view shows only users that have been assigned roles.
- Easy set up for extensions to use different routes for external / internal calls
- Agents can now be assigned to ACD queues from the Queue modify web administration page.
- Directory is no longer displayed until users log into My Allworx Manager.
- The phone auto network discovery protocol (LLDP and CDP) has been improved and includes additional VLAN information. This may result in the phone boot process increasing by as much as 45 seconds when the phone’s Preference/Network/VLAN is set to auto configure and LLDP is not available.
- Some settings and references to Call Assistant and TAPI have been modified for Reach and Interact.
