The message center allows you to modify the greeting for each presence setting you can set on the Allworx phone. This allows you to provide the call with additional information when they do not reach you directly.
The easiest and quickest way to access the message center is to dial 404.
You can dial 6+(Ext. #) from any phone, or press the Messages button twice.
6+(Ext. #) is the command that will allow you to access any voicemail box's in message center.
You can also access the message center remotely.
To check your messages remotely, call in from an outside line to an Auto Attendant. When the Auto Attendant picks up the call, dial 6+EXT and enter your password when prompted.
1. Press "Messages" button or dial 6+Ext number of the voicemail mailbox you wish to manage
2. Enter password / PIN followed by the pound sign (#)
3. Dial 4 for Message Center System settings
4. Dial 3 for "Greeting management"
You will have the option of changing 8 different greetings:
Greeting 0 (Default) greeting
Greeting 1 (In Office) greeting
Greeting 2 (At a Meeting) greeting
Greeting 3 (On Vacation) greeting
Greeting 4 (On Business Trip) greeting
Greeting 5 (At Home) greeting
Greeting 6 (Away) greeting
Greeting 7 (Busy) greeting
Note: The "Default Greeting " will play for any presence that doesn't have a greeting recorded.
5. Follow the prompts to record the greeting for the proper presence
To change your presence settings remotely
1. Dial 6+(Ext. #) while inside any voicemail box or auto attendant

3. Dial 4 for Message Center System settings
4. Press 1 for Presence setting
