This is a know issue that Cablevision is aware of. Cablevision's engineers have been working on a resolution to the issue. The problem is an issue between the SIP Trunk Adaptor supplied by Edgewater Networks (model 4550) and the latest Allworx firmware. The issue may not be isolated to just CableVision's service. At the time of writing this, Cablevision has obtained a beta firmware fix for the Edgewater adaptor. To resolve the issue, you will need to contact Cablevision, your ISP, or your ITSP.
