Sometimes, it will be necessary to perform a SIP trace, either at the request of an Allworx Technician, or the SIP provider in order to get a better picture of the issue and what is causing it.

- Navigate to Maintenance > Tools
- Scroll down to the "Advanced Troubleshooting" Section
- Put a checkmark in SIP Messages
- Click Capture and have the user attempt a call
- Click Stop Capture and Download Log file
