An easy way to test to see if an outside analog line is up is to dial the outside line assignment number, and see if the CO line has dial tone.
In most cases the analog outside line assignment will start at 5000 for line 1, then increment by one for each additional line.
In most cases the SIP Proxy assignment will start at 5900 for SIP Proxy 1, then increment by one for each additional proxy.
To confirm this navigate to (Phone System > Outside lines). Hover the mouse of each "Analog CO Line" description. A box will appear with the line assignment number you can dial to access the line. Perform the same step with the SIP Proxy description to get the the line assignment number for the SIP Trunk.
