If you are unable to make outbound calls using your SIP / VoIP service, but can receive calls on this service, follow these steps to resolve the steps below to resolve the issue.
We have seen an issue with SIP registration where the SIP Proxy will not complete registration, and we need to force registration. This typically happens after a server reboot.
Steps to resolve the issue
This will force the SIP Stack to register with the SIP proxy and you should now be able to make outbound calls.

- Navigate to "Phone System" --> "Outside Lines"
- In the "SIP Proxies" Section click "Modify" link next to your SIP Proxy
- Uncheck "Send digits as dialed", click Update button
- In the "SIP Proxies" Section click "Modify" link again next to your SIP Proxy
- Recheck "Send digits as dialed", click Update button
This will force the SIP Stack to register with the SIP proxy and you should now be able to make outbound calls.
