Navigate to "Business" --> "Users" 
Click on the extension number next to the user's name

This will take to the "View Call Routes" for that user's extension ​

From here you can modify the connection attempt(s) for the users Presence's. 
To add / change a connection attempt (s), modify the ring length, or ring type click on "Modify" link.
